What is LIQUID Rewards?
LIQUID Rewards is the software that powers iHeart Cashback, making it easy, safe, and simple to redeem cashback on connected cards.
Who can join iHeart Cashback?
Anyone with an iHeart account can join iHeart Cashback. To earn cashback, you will need to link at least one payment card. To get cashback, you need to have a U.S. bank account.
Does iHeart Cashback cost anything?
No! iHeart Cashback is a complimentary perk offered to iHeart account holders. There is no cost to join the program, but earning cashback rewards requires making purchases on connected cards.
Do I need to have an iHeart account to join iHeart Cashback?
Yes, and you use that account to access iHeart Cashback. If you don’t have an iHeart account, you can create one. Sign up now!
What is iHeart Cashback and how does it work?
iHeart Cashback is a cashback rewards program offered to iHeart account holders. iHeart Cashback lets you earn cashback rewards for purchases made using cards you choose to link to this program.
iHeart partners with LIQUID Rewards to offer and administer iHeart Cashback. When you participate in iHeart Cashback, you use your iHeart account to log in on the LIQUID Rewards website. LIQUID Rewards partners with Plaid, a financial services company, to connect your payment cards with LIQUID Rewards’ cashback offerings. Plaid is the connector that lets you earn cashback rewards for your payment card purchases and cash out your rewards to your bank account.

Once you delete your iHeart Cashback account, your payment card will automatically be de-linked from Plaid. You can also unlink your payment card directly through your financial institution. The iHeart Cashback connection to your bank will be labelled “LIQUID Rewards.” If you have any issues with this process, please reach out to iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.
I already connected my cards. Why do I need to do it again?
Some financial institutions require you to relink your accounts from time to time to protect your account security. If you experience trouble relinking your accounts, please email us at iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.
Where else have I seen Plaid?
You may recognize Plaid as the secure payment platform used by many popular financial apps and services, including Venmo, Rocket Money, Acorns, Chime, and other major banks. Plaid safely connects your financial accounts across thousands of apps and institutions.
How do I know if there’s a problem with linking my payment cards?
Log in to your iHeart Cashback dashboard. You will see a notification banner if there are problems with your linked payment cards. Follow any instructions to correct the problem.
You can also find information about linked payment cards in your “Settings & Preferences” under Linked Cards.
Is my bank information safe?
Yes! Your bank information goes through advanced encryption to safeguard your data. Only your bank will see your login credentials; neither iHeart or LIQUID has direct access to your bank account at any time. This means you can focus on buying the things you like and getting rewarded for them – worry free!
Which cards can be connected?
There are no restrictions on which cards can be connected. To maximize your cashback earnings, link the payment cards you use most frequently. If you have problems linking a payment card, please email us at iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.

In the “Offers” tab of your iHeart Cashback dashboard, you will find a regularly updated selection of offers from various brands. Activate any offer by selecting its “Activate” button.
Please be aware offers are posted and redeemable only for a limited time. Each offer can only be used once after activation. Offers must be activated before purchase to receive the reward. Other restrictions may apply.
What if I don’t see a reward I think I’ve earned?
Earned rewards are usually posted to your iHeart Cashback account within 48-72 hours after a qualifying purchase. You should receive an email notification that you are on your way to a reward soon after your purchase. If you see that a purchase is final (no longer pending) with your bank, and you don’t see your iHeart Cashback reward, contact iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.
How do I get the cash I have accumulated?
When your iHeart Cashback balance exceeds $5, you can cash out your rewards. Start the cash out process in the “Redeemed Rewards” tab on your iHeart Cashback dashboard. You will be prompted to log in to Plaid to make a direct transfer of funds to your bank account.
How can I check my iHeart Cashback rewards balance?
You will see any earned cashback rewards in the “Redeemed Rewards” tab of your iHeart Cashback dashboard. The Redeemed Rewards tab shows you your cashback rewards balance. If you have at least $5 in accumulated rewards, you can cash out to your bank account.
When do I get my reward?
Once the transaction settles with your bank, you will see earned cashback in the Redeemed Rewards tab of your iHeart Cashback account.
How quickly will I start earning cashback?
You’ll see rewards in your iHeart Cashback dashboard as soon as your transaction is final, typically within a few days of your purchase.

Benefits and offers are two ways to earn extra iHeart Cashback rewards for your purchases, but they each work a little differently.
Benefits are cashback opportunities that you can use repeatedly during a specified time, typically a month. Benefits are geared toward a spending category (such as gas, groceries, or restaurants) rather than a specific brand. Each month, iHeart will promote a new benefit. You’ll receive an email at the beginning of the month announcing the month’s category. You can also find this information in your iHeart Cashback dashboard under the “Benefits” tab. Benefits earn cashback rewards whenever you make a qualifying purchase on one of your linked payment cards in the active benefit category.
Offers are single use, time-limited cashback rewards that require activation. Offers are usually brand specific. Check your iHeart Cashback dashboard under the “Offers” tab regularly to see active offers, their expiration dates, and any other restrictions.. Click the “Activate” button to choose an offer and use one of your linked payment cards to make a qualifying purchase before the offer expires. You must activate an offer before making a purchase for the purchase to qualify for cashback rewards for that offer.

You can delete your iHeart Cashback account in “Settings & Preferences” under “Security”. You can also delete your account by sending an email to iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com. Deleting your iHeart Cashback account will cancel your membership, and you will lose all accumulated rewards. You will not be able to cash out any pending eligible rewards. If you make a new account, you will not be able to access any rewards accumulated on the deleted account. Deleting your account will de-link your payment cards from Plaid. What should I do if I cannot access my account?
If you are having trouble logging in:
- Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link here.
- Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.

How do I reset my password?
Your iHeart Cashback password will be the same as your iHeart password. If you need to reset your password, do so here.
How do I update my iHeart Cashback profile information?
To update your profile information, click on the Settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, you can make the necessary edits and save your changes. If you encounter any difficulties, please email iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.
