How do I cancel or delete my iHeart Cashback membership?
You can delete your iHeart Cashback account in “Settings & Preferences” under “Security”. You can also delete your account by sending an email to iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com. Deleting your iHeart Cashback account will cancel your membership, and you will lose all accumulated rewards. You will not be able to cash out any pending eligible rewards. If you make a new account, you will not be able to access any rewards accumulated on the deleted account. Deleting your account will de-link your payment cards from Plaid. What should I do if I cannot access my account?
If you are having trouble logging in:
- Reset your password using the “Forgot Password” link here.
- Clear your browser’s cached data and cookies and try again.
If you still cannot log in, please email iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.

How do I reset my password?
Your iHeart Cashback password will be the same as your iHeart password. If you need to reset your password, do so here.

How do I update my iHeart Cashback profile information?
To update your profile information, click on the Settings icon and navigate to “Account Settings.” From there, you can make the necessary edits and save your changes. If you encounter any difficulties, please email iheartcashback@liquidrewardsmail.com.
